Philosophia dragons were released on July 6th, 2013.
This small egg is dark purple, and has downy feathers stuck to the shell.
With a creak and a crack, the egg pops open! The newborn dragon is covered in fluffy down, and seems lost in thought a lot of the time.
The young dragon seems lost in thought a lot of the time. It's getting stronger every day, and its wings have started to rapidly grow large and powerful!
Philosophia Dragons have small bodies, but their enormous wingspans rival the largest breeds. They are very intelligent when it comes to handling existential questions, and can easily analyze any problems someone may be having and provide a solution. However, so much of their brain is devoted to this philosopher's reasoning that they are a bit scatterbrained when it comes to other things. They are all female, as the genes that cause their wings to be so large and sturdy kill males in the egg. Philosophia Dragons are decent hunters who simply divebomb prey with their large, heavy wings, and they will often attempt to cook their food. The resulting messes rarely resemble what they started with, but the dragons enjoy their own "cooking" and will happily eat it.
