The Siberian Dragon was released on the 20th March, just a day after the Metals. The release was to commemorate co-admin Corteo's leave to Russia for a duration of 5 months. It was done with very short notice, completed in just about 3 days.
The sprites mark Kennon's first contribution to the site, and her last.
With a creak and a crack, the egg pops open! The hatchling is large and has two heads.
Mature Hatchling
This young dragon has fledged beautifully, with its feathers displaying bright bars of color. It’s growing stronger every day and loves the snow.
Adult
Siberian dragons love cold weather and snow and as such make their homes in cold and snowy places. Their stripes help provide camouflage during summer when the snow melts away. They are regal beasts and each head has its own personality. Their wings strongly resemble those of owls, and these beasts are well known for their quiet flight. They have large feet that splay broadly when they walk, acting as snowshoes in the winter months, allowing them to walk atop the snow despite their heavy weight.
